RETURNS

All return or exchange requests must be submitted before sending the item back.

For international orders, return or exchange requests may be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

For domestic orders within South Korea, return or exchange requests may be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.

Items with signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, perfume, make-up, damage, or removed tags may not be accepted.

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or unwanted item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and clear photos.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Items returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to the customer.

교환 및 환불 정책

교환 또는 반품을 원하실 경우, 상품을 임의로 발송하기 전에 반드시 고객센터로 먼저 접수해 주세요.

국내 주문의 경우 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 교환 또는 반품을 요청할 수 있습니다.

해외 주문의 경우 상품 수령일로부터 14일 이내에 교환 또는 반품을 요청할 수 있습니다.

상품은 미착용, 미세탁, 미사용, 미수선 상태여야 하며, 모든 택, 라벨, 패키징 및 구성품이 보존되어 있어야 합니다.

착용, 세탁, 오염, 냄새, 향수, 화장품 자국, 훼손, 택 제거 또는 패키징 훼손이 확인되는 경우 교환 및 반품이 제한될 수 있습니다.

단순 변심, 사이즈 변경, 색상 변경으로 인한 교환 및 반품 배송비는 고객 부담입니다.

상품 불량, 오배송 또는 누락의 경우 확인 후 SCARLETT이 배송비를 부담합니다.

환불은 반품 상품이 도착한 후 검수 완료 시 원 결제수단으로 처리됩니다.

카드사, 은행 또는 결제대행사의 정책에 따라 실제 환불 완료까지 일정 기간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

교환은 재고가 있는 경우에만 가능하며, 재고가 없는 경우 환불 또는 다른 방식으로 안내될 수 있습니다.

사전 접수 없이 임의로 발송된 상품은 확인이 지연되거나 반송될 수 있습니다.
